Tatiana Frolova holds a master’s degree in Management from Moscow State Open University where she graduated with honours. She is a Kaizen expert and is currently on the Global MBS program with Manchester Business School.

Her experience in management spans over 14 years, having worked at Wrigley and Fruit Life as a Logistics Specialist and Manager of the Purchase Department. She successfully implemented a new process of unassisted declaration of export in the Southern region of Russia in PepsiCo.
