Maurice Xandra Solutions is a management consulting company that renders quality services in Human Resource, Management and Process improvement. MXS Limited was set up to provide high quality, up to date training, team management and process improvement services for its clients.

Linda Uneze holds a B.A in English and graduated with First Class Honours. She also obtained a professional diploma in Human Resource Management as well as the HR Practitioner’s license (HRPL) from Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM). She is an associate member of CIPM (ACIPM) and a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) of the HRCI, USA. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, USA and is currently on an MBA program with Manchester Business School.
Linda Uneze has an extensive knowledge of Human Resource/General Management affairs having worked in the Finance Division of MTN Nigeria and headed the HR and Corporate Services units of Environmental Accord where she successfully developed and implemented Policies, Processes and Procedures (including Performance Management Framework).
Robert Ifeanyi holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Bayero University, Kano and an MBA in Management from the University of Lagos. He is ITIL certified and a black belt in Lean Six Sigma. He also holds a diploma in customer service from Alison, Ireland.
His experience spans over 9 years in banking, telecommunication and consulting having worked with Fidelity Bank PLC, Intercontinental Bank and CNSSL.
Michael Awanayah is an experienced International Business Executive. He holds an MBA in strategic planning (distinction) and an MSc. Mech Engineering. He also holds a B.Eng ( Hons) and a PGCE. He is a Lead NVQ verifier level 4.
Michael is experienced in managing many business transformational projects involving people, processes, systems and technology to ensure a lean, agile, customer focused and cost effective organisations. Key areas of expertise demonstrated: Business Transformation, Change and Project management, World class manufacturing, Master Brewer, Refrigeration and Air- Conditioning Specialist, F gas qualified, NVQ lead Internal verifier, NVQ assessor, trained PGCE qualified teacher.
Tatiana Frolova holds a master’s degree in Management from Moscow State Open University where she graduated with honours.. She is a Kaizen expert and is currently on the Global MBS program with Manchester Business School.
Her experience in management spans over 8 years having worked in Wrigley and Fruit life as Logistics specialist and Manager of Purchase Department. She successfully implemented a new process of unassisted declaration of export in the Southern region of Russia (without customs representatives’ services) in PepsiCo.
